I wonder what his role will be? I was thinking about it while watching the Maou CM for about the 100th time (Ohno's voice at the end, when taunting Toma's character...!!!kyaa!!!). Maybe he'll be, like, a former lover of Ohno's, from back before he became a revenge-seeking devil. But then his character wouldn't just be called "male," would it? Maybe he character would develop into that, though.

Ah, it's hopeless. That wouldn't happen. One can always hope :D *OhmiyaSK shipper*

Okay, I can't take it any more. I've always been afraid to say this for fear of jinxing it, but listening to my family talk about concerts has finally pushed me over the edge (so serious! lol). Here's what I think is going down for Arashi's 10 year anniversary: AAW: Arashi Around the World. I think that they'll at least come to Hawaii, where they debuted, if not California or somewhere else in the US (PRAYING FOR ST. LOUIS). In addition, perhaps they'll go to Paris or London, or some other places in the West. I'm hoping for this so much, I can't even put it into words. It drives me crazy just thinking about it. I like this year being 2008, but I find myself wanting the rest of the year to hurry up and go by so we can see what awaits us in Arashi's tenth year. PLEASE.......AAW.

Flooding!!!

Oh my gosh, guys, you should see it here!!! It's been pounding rain since about 7:30 this morning, and now there's flooding everywhere. It's not as bad as the Iowa floods they've been showing on CNN, but it's pretty bad. All the streets around the street that I live on are flooded with a foot or more of water. There's only one way to get to my house. Hopefully the water doesn't get any higher there! It was kind of scary driving around, trying to get home. We were afraid we would get trapped between flooded streets and be unable to get home. Thankfully, my brother was also out in his Escalade, so he picked my mom and me up :)

In other news, I've watched One Love about four times, now, and I've come to the conclusion that Sho looks GORGEOUS. I mean, beyond the usual. They all look beautiful, but I think Sho looks the best.

I downloaded the One Love PV yesterday, and I love it! I know that not everyone likes it, but I think it's very pretty, and I love the song. I like the way it looks like a fairy tale. It's lovely. Okay, but aside from that, there are some things about it that make me laugh.

1) Nino's SHORT PANTS. Poor guy. He already looks young, but those shorts remind me of something a mother would make her five-year-old son wear for a family photo. From the waist up he looks gorgeous and I love his clothes. From the waist down...well...-cackle-

2) The wedding cake at the end. LOL! The figures on the top of a wedding cake are always the bride and groom. Does that mean all the boys are getting married? To each other? "I now pronounce you man and man...and man and man and man." Don't get me wrong, I like it; it's pretty, but when you think about it...ha!

Have you ever watched Torchwood? It's kind of interesting. There are two mxm kisses in the first four episodes! :x That's been the best part so far. But the story is interesting, too. It's not exactly what I expected; it's a little too much like Buffy with the monsters being called aliens instead of demons. Still, I like the main girl, Gwen, and Jack, who gives us the interested mxm material :x Plus, all of the characters have Welsh accents except for Jack. It was a little hard to understand them when they spoke quickly, but it's easier now that I've gotten used to it. I'm not one of those girls that's crazy for British accents--I tend to prefer guys with flawed, heavily accent English :D--but the accents are pleasant. So! I'm looking forward to more mxm :D I'm not a perv. There's nothing wrong with it. -is defensive-

I just watched Hana Yori MatsuJun. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL! But poor Jun! I felt so bad for him!

I wonder what he did to the other guys when they left the set. Did he laugh, did he cry, or did he rage? Heh. Maybe all three.

I Survived A Japanese Game Show

I just saw a commercial for a TV series premiere called, "I Survived A Japanese Game Show." Guess what it made me think of! Yes, indeed, it's Arashi--VSA in particular. As a fangirl with her boys on the brain, I instantly thought, "I hope they have Arashi on that show!!!!" Although that show probably makes fun of Japanese game shows. I'd still love to see Arashi on American TV, though :D

Obama Wins

I'm so glad--and stoked, and amazed, and trepidatious--to live in this time. Obama won. My hands are shaking. I would have been happy for Hillary to have won, but--I'll finally admit it to myself--I've wanted Obama to become our candidate since he announced that he was running.

I just watched his speech in Minnesota, and it was incredibly inspiring. I'm filled with energy and hope. Now I, too, have been swept away by the Obama campaign. Here's to Obama winning in November.

I'm having my first Yahoo Auctions Japan experience! I don't think I'm going to win any bids, but I'll try :D After looking at the Dream-A-Live goods--some of which are nice, some of which are bleh--it made me really want to buy some Time goods, which, insanely, I didn't buy at the time.
